Smith Architecture, and the design team including MHM Architects and IBI Placemaking, developed a conceptual design for the Lauderdale County Agricultural Event Center in Lauderdale County, AL. The Concept plan includes the planning and design of a new Ag Events Center, Expo Hall, Livestock Arena, Mixed Use Development, Vocational Training Facility, Hotel and RV/Ramping areas within the project site. IBI Placemaking was responsible for the development of the overall conceptual site plan and the prime landscape architect on multiple design phases.
