Charles D. Smith Architecture and Planning, LLC, along with MHM Architects, ARETE Design Group and IBI Placemaking, collaborated together to develop a conceptual master plan for the fairgrounds at Stillwater County in Columbus, Montana. Stillwater County government plans to relocate the Stillwater County Fairgrounds from its current location to a a new 20-acre site. The facilities to be included at the new site are utilities, on-site driveways, public parking and separate/exhibit building, arena and future events center.
